1999 Tulip Time Poster

Steve French is a watercolor artist from South Haven, Michigan. He received his B.S. Art from Western Michigan University.
Using traditional and non-traditional watercolor methods, he creates his art to evoke memories, emotions, and feelings in the viewer.
This piece features the Festival's signature tulips and "Big Red", Holland's own beloved lighthouse, in a breathtaking reminder of
time spent in Holland, Michigan.
