2000 Poster
Steve French is a watercolor artist from South Haven, Michigan. He received is B.A. Art from Western Michigan University. His beautiful 2000 poster design is a companion piece to the popular 1999 festival poster. It features the Festival's signature tulips and Holland's own DeZwaan (Graceful Bird) Windmill.
