REGISTRATION IS CLOSED
2018 applications will be available Monday, October 16, 2017 and the deadline will be Saturday, February 10, 2018.

APPLICATION SUBMISSION:
– Online Application (preferred method): www.tuliptime.com/acfregistration

– Paper Application: It is your responsibility to contact the Tulip Time Office for a paper application. It must be completed in full (application, photos, and payment) in order to be processed.

RULES & REGULATIONS:

NOTIFICATION & SET-UP:
– Notice of acceptance will be sent out by April 1, 2017.

– Letter of acceptance will include set-up times, booth assignments, and load-in instructions.

– Booth location is determined by event committee. Returning vendors will generally be placed in same booth provided their application is received before the deadline.

PRIZES:
Prizes will be awarded on Saturday, May 6. The jury will choose prize winners based on submitted pictures. Jury favorite prizes are awarded for each of the following categories: Fine Art, Original Craft, and Dutch Impact.

BOOTH INFORMATION:
We heard your feedback! Based on the information we received from our vendors in 2016, we adjusted the layout of the booths for 2017 to provide a better, more spacious layout for vendors and shoppers.
The booth numbering for 2017 has been changed from 2016. If a crafter is requesting a booth number, include the NEW (2017) number in the application. Staff will use the booth number on the application to determine requested space.
