Refund & Shipping Policies

Tickets
Ticket refunds are available until April 7, 2008, less a 5% handling fee. Returned tickets must be in the Tulip Time office by April 7, 2008. After April 7th, tickets may be exchanged for other festival tickets only, provided the replacement tickets are equal to or greater than the value of the original purchase. Customer is responsible for paying any price difference. Original shipping/handling fee cannot be used towards any refund or exchange.

In the event of severe illness or injury, which directly prevents a visitor from attending, a doctor's note on official stationary must be mailed with all tickets to the Tulip Time office. If a death occurs which prevents a visitor from attending, a copy of the death certificate must be mailed with all tickets to the Tulip Time office. Customers are asked to please notify the office as soon as possible so that tickets may be re-sold if time allows. A refund will be granted, less a 5% handling fee, if the office is notified in a timely manner. Special exceptions may be considered. All tickets with doctor's note or death certificate must be received within 30 days of the festival's conclusion.

Ticket orders are mailed First Class via the United States Postal Service.

Posters
Posters, except 8x10s (with shrink-wrapping still sealed), are non-refundable. Exchanges are accepted if the replaced item(s) is equal to or greater than the originally purchased item(s). The customer will pay any cost difference between the items and any shipping charges to mail the original item(s) back to the festival office. Shipping will not be charged for the festival to mail a replacement poster. Exchanges must take place within 30 days of the ship date. Original shipping/handling fee cannot be used towards any exchange.

Posters, except 8x10s, are shipped in hard tubes through First Class or Priority mail (depending on the size of the poster) via the United States Postal Service. If a poster is damaged in shipment, please contact the festival office for a replacement.

Souvenirs
Souvenirs including apparel, mugs, books, note cards, 8x10s (with shrink-wrapping still sealed) and most other miscellaneous items may be returned for a full refund if the item(s) has not been washed or damaged. Returned item(s) must be received within 30 days of the ship date. After 30 days, items may be exchanged provided they have not been washed or damaged. If sufficient replacement items are not available, a credit may be given to be used towards a future ticket, poster or merchandise order. Original shipping/handling fee cannot be used towards any refund or exchange.

All souvenir items are shipped First Class via the United States Postal Service. If a souvenir is damaged during shipment, please contact the festival office.
