          FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

          Q. Can I bring my stroller on the tour?
          A. Strollers are strongly discouraged on the tour due to lack of room. If you NEED to take one, please make sure it is an ‘umbrella’ stroller (must fold up and be placed between you and the seat in front of you.) Strollers may be left at Window on the Waterfront and be picked up after you finish. Tulip Time is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged items.

          Q. My child is 5 and is going to sit on my lap – do they need a ticket?
          A. No. Children 5 and under do not need a ticket unless they will be taking up a seat on the trolley.

          Q. Are the trolleys handicapped accessible?
          A. Not all trolleys are handicapped accessible. Upon your arrival ask the ticket seller and they will inform you when the next handicapped accessible trolley will depart.
