HOLLAND, MI - January 10, 2007. The media is invited to attend the annual poster signing for the 2007 Tulip Time poster "Splendor" by Catherine McClung. 2007 will offer a limited edition gicl é e prints replacing previous years' 24" x 36" poster. The limited edition gicl é e prints will be signed by Catherine on Tuesday, January 16 th , 2007 from 10am - 12pm , at the Tulip Time office located at 171 Lincoln Ave, Holland, MI. This event is open to the media and Catherine will be available for photos and interviews.

Giclée is well known in the art world and takes reproduction of an artist's painting to a new level. The giclée process takes a high-resolution digital image of the painting, runs it through a unique computer system connected to a specialized printer and actually sprays the inks onto archival art paper or synthetic canvas. Giclées produce an extraordinary image, as close to the original as you can get. Although this highly specialized process is more time consuming to produce, the unique and genuine image provides exceptional detail and holds up to the test of time, some can last for 100-200 years! ANNUAL POSTER RECEPTION

The Tulip Time annual Poster Reception will be held February 6, 2007 from 5:30 to 7:30pm at the Haworth Showroom, 8 th Street Plaza Building, located on the NW corner of 8 th Street and College Avenue, Main Floor. The reception is by invitation only and will give recognition to the artist, display the original painting, introduce the new gicl é e print and have 2007 merchandise available.
