Nelis' Dutch Village

The park is like a step back into the Netherlands of over 100 years ago on a day when the festival came to town, complete with authentic Dutch architecture, flowering gardens, canals and windmills. Dutch history and culture come to life as associates dressed in authentic costumes and wooden shoes demonstrate old Dutch traditions.

Holland Museum, Cappon House and Settlers House

From the early settlement of the Dutch “kolonie” to the diverse city of today, explore the history of Holland, Michigan at the Holland Museum. The museum is home to one of the finest collections of 17th-century Dutch Golden Age and 19th-century paintings in the United States, and it also operates two unique historic houses. At the Cappon House, learn about Holland’s first mayor and Dutch immigrant Isaac Cappon, whose tannery business made him one of the wealthiest men in town. At the Settlers House, step back into 1871 and discover how early Holland’s working class lived.

Holland Princess

Enjoy a scenic cruise with lunch or dinner aboard this Victorian style paddlewheel river boat. Pass by picturesque homes, historic landmarks and nature at its best while cruising Lake Macatawa and Lake Michigan.

Veldheer's Tulip Farm, DeKlomp Wooden Shoe & Delft Factory

With over 5 million tulips, it’s a great opportunity to see fields of beautiful flowers at Holland’s only Tulip Farm. Enjoy a visit to the DeKlomp Wooden Shoe and Delft Factory.
Open daily 8a-8p, gardens close at 7p. May 14 from 8a-5p, gardens close at 4p;

Windmill Island Gardens

Visit America’s only authentic, working Dutch windmill – de Zwaan. The windmill is surrounded by acres of tulip fields and landscaped gardens. Make sure to see and hear the Amsterdam Street Organ, Dutch-built Kiddie Carousel and many other Dutch cultural attractions and shops. Enjoy the Historic Dutch Trade Fair from May 6-7 as well.
