FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Executive Director Gwen@TulipTime.com
HOLLAND, Mich., Nov. 3, 2021 - Country music singer and songwriter, Chase Bryant known for his charting-topping hits "Take It On Back" and "Little Bit of You" will be the final musical act for Tulip Time on Saturday, May 14 at 7 p.m. at the Holland Civic Center.
Tickets go on sale Tuesday, Nov. 9 and can be purchased at www.tuliptime.com, in person at the Tulip Time Festival Box Office located at 42 West 8th Street, Holland, Michigan, or by phone at 800-822-2770.
By age 21, Bryant had two Top 10 singles and had toured with the likes of Brantley Gilbert and Tim McGraw. It looked like he had it all on the outside, but on the inside Bryant felt inauthentic and was in a dark hole of anxiety and depression. Bryant was blessed with a second chance at life after a failed suicide attempt, and he recently released his debut full-length album "Upbringing," which is his honest portrait of struggle and resilience. Throughout the 12 tracks — 10 of which were written by Bryant — he channels his emotions through music and learns how to love and trust himself.
"In honor of Tulip Time's comeback year, we hope Chase's journey of bringing creativity and beauty out of darkness will be an inspiration for all," said Gwen Auwerda, executive director for Tulip Time. "We're coming back strong this spring, and Chase's vulnerable voice speaks of the truth and joy that can be found in the aftermath of difficulty. We're excited for Tulip Time goers to relax and enjoy a night of fun."
Tulip Time Festival is May 7-15, 2022, and addition information is available at www.tuliptime.com.
