Unique experiences for groups
Step-On Tours
Part of Tulip Time’s charm is the full immersion into the history of Holland and how Dutch culture played its role. Step-on guides will be available to groups. Your group will have its own, fully costumed guide hop on the bus as they take you through Holland and share with your group about Holland’s founding, history, and continued growth. Groups can contact amy@TulipTime.com for more information. Please fill out an order form to reserve a step-on guide for your group. Tours are $300 per tour.
Times are available throughout the week of the festival!

Parades
Tulip Time’s famous Kinderparade and Volksparade are must-see events. Motorcoach parking is available near the grandstand seating. Groups are asked to reserve motorcoach parking and/or grandstand seating in advance. Seating goes quickly, so be sure to include it on your order form.

Meals arranged for your group by Tulip Time will be available again in 2026.

group terms and conditions
- All groups will be charged a 5% nonrefundable deposit upon ticket reservation confirmation. The deposit includes 5% of all ticket fees.
- Final payment is required 30 days after the order is finalized or by March 17th, 2026, whichever is sooner. Orders placed after March 17th require payment at the time the order is placed.
- Group cancellations may be refunded until March 17th, 2026, less the 5% nonrefundable deposit.
- Requests are processed in the order they are received.
- There are no refunds after March 17th, 2026.
